  • Visiting the property to conduct a Market Appraisal
  • Promote the property by several advertisement avenues inc Rightmove
  • Arrange and conduct viewing
  • Prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) or appropriate agreement
  • Arrange and conduct viewing
  • Undertake credit checks and references through approved professional agencies – all tenants are fully referenced (bank, employment, previous landlords and credit checking). Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf
  • Conduct a photographic inventory
  • Collect the first month’s rent
  • Store your property details so that we can immediately remarket the property as soon as you are given notice and minimise the chance of void periods.






FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - £400.00

  • Visit the property to conduct a Market Appraisal
  • Promote the property via several advertisement avenues inc Rightmove
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Undertake credit checks and references through approved professional agencies – all tenants are fully referenced (bank, employment, previous landlords and credit checking). Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf
  • Prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) or appropriate agreement
  • Collect the first month’s rent and Deposit
  • Collect the rent each month and produce ‘chaser’ letters when overdue
  • Provide extension and end of tenancy documents
  • Conduct a photographic inventory
  • Register your tenant’s deposit with a Government backed scheme DPS
  • Carry out quarterly inspections and update you
  • Perform a checkout inspection
  • Organise repairs / maintenance to the property when necessary
  • Store your property details so that we can immediately remarket the property as soon as you are given notice and minimise the chance of void periods
